Hi, welcome to my channel and thanks for watching. Today, I will talk about success and how you can set yourself up for success every single day. The great thing about life is, every morning it gives you a fresh start. A new day allows you to rethink your future, your priorities and allows you to make changes to go after the things you really want to achieve. In this video, I will go over what you need to do every morning to make sure you are on track, and your motivation is higher than it was yesterday.
If you do these things I am about to share with you, you will find yourself achieving your goals much faster, and you will find yourself highly focused. At times you might feel tired, or some kind laziness might kick in, but if you do what I am about to share with you just once a week, you will be miles ahead of your competition!
I have applied these things in my own life and also suggested the same to my friends and family. And so far, all of them are doing great, and some of them are doing way better than even I am doing at the moment. So, I know these things can make a positive difference in your life.
Some folks might disagree or might have different ideas, but I believe that these are the fundamentals you have to get right before you can try other things to amplify your success. Anyhow, let’s explore what you have to do each morning.
Every morning when you wake up, you have to do certain things to make sure you are all set for that day. And you can do that by using a simple paper or a planner on your tablet. If you use Google Docs, that would be sufficient as well. What you want to do, on your planner, write down exactly what your top goals are. I want you to focus on top three goals at a time. And you want to daily, update that journal and write down what is that one action you took to achieve one of those goals. And if for some reason you did not take any action, you want to write, why you didn’t take that action honestly. So, if you had an emergency, write that down. Or if you were just feeling lazy, then write that down as well. The goal is to recognize and be aware, exactly what is causing you to fall back. After a while, you will start to see a trend, and you will start to question yourself, why you are doing this to yourself. Why are you procrastinating? Why are you cheating your own success?
The next thing you want to do is, plan your rest of the day. This habit will make you very productive, and you will find yourself achieving more goals in your life. When you don’t have any plans, it’s easy for your mind to wander around and do random things. But when you have clearly defined tasks for each day, it helps you stay focused. And don’t worry if you cannot complete all your tasks. Just write a sentence or two the following day, explaining why you didn’t take action for that task.
This small habit of reminding yourself of your big goals, and noting down why you took action or didn’t take action, will allow you to reshape your mind and you will also recognize what really motivates you. Perhaps, urgency motivates you or perhaps peer pressure motivates you. And if you have documented records of these things, you will be more confident the next time you set a new goal. Because by the time you go after a new goal, you already know what kind of things motivates you and what kind of distractions will pop-up and how you can manage them!
Please let me know what some of your goals are and what you are struggling with. That will allow me to create videos that might be helpful for you!
