Why Do You Need to Love People to Become Rich?

Do you want to become rich and make a ton of money? Buy that beautiful house, sporty car, date a hottie or want to give your family a wonderful life? Then you need to love more people on a daily basis to make it happen.

Loving people doesn’t necessarily mean you have to be ‘in love’ with them or say yes to whatever they might ask you to do. It’s the agreement you make with yourself that you will treat people as good as possible and you will not hold any grudges with the ones that do wrong to you. Easier said than done but in the long run, people will see how they might’ve wronged you or by letting go of any negativities you might have about people, you will open up yourself to more freedom and opportunities.

How Can People Make You Rich?

Any savvy businessman or a marketer knows that you are in business to serve people. Sure, it might seem like you are talking to a company or you are building that excellent software you find useful, but at the end of the day, people will be talking to you. People will be coming to you for advice. People will be using your software to make their life more comfortable as well.

So, no matter how you look at it, people are the ones that pay you, people are the ones who created all the cool stuff you experience in your life. And it’s your turn to become more people oriented and give them what they want or need in exchange for monetary value so that you can become rich!

Are You Shy? Or Don’t Like People in General?

Once you get the hang of talking to people, understanding their needs or just figure out what makes people or your target audience tick, it becomes progressively much more natural to attract them, to talk to them or ask them to pay you for their services.

Better you understand people and their specific needs, more awesome ways you can help them. And helping doesn’t necessarily have to mean that you have to be present and help them with every single thing. But if you just take only a moment to acknowledge their struggles or empathize with their difficulties, that alone can be very useful in making a raving fan out of a prospect.

Isn’t It All About Conversions and Building that List?

You will find some businessmen who will say that people don’t matter. They might avoid them all together or create a system where they are not directly involved with people.

But what happens when you find yourself in situations where you might not even understand why all of sudden someone is leaving your company for someone else or some other product? If you dare to talk to people or already have a system in place to follow up with them regularly, it shows that you do care about them and naturally when things break down, these people will remember to call you first for any help they might need. Not just because you have the solution but also because you are easy to talk to!

So, don’t worry about whatever some of the naysayers might say or any bad experience you might have with people. Usually, it’s better to have a positive attitude and develop the skills to let go of any negative experience. There are both good and bad people in this world. And fortunately for you, there are more good people in this world than the bad. So, take special care of the good ones and let the bad ones entirely out of your mind. Your mind needs to be free of harmful energy to channel the good you want to direct to the world.

How Loving People Benefits You?

Some of the benefits of being people friendly are that you will find yourself quite naturally in tune with everyone. Ever went to a party and just couldn’t figure out how to talk to someone or how to start a conversation? Then how do you think you can ask people about their difficulties or expect them to tell you exactly what they want from you? Chances are they will shy away or find someone more charming to talk to. So, if you get yourself out of that cycle or habit of not talking to people or being on your own, talking to people will become a very natural cycle for you. And all that will not only channel when you are speaking one on one but also when you write an email, a book, make a video or anything that will be ultimately read by a human being!

If you look at all the successful people or billionaires out there, they didn’t always have the money to get to where they are. Money necessarily wasn’t the main reason they got into their business. Or perhaps money was the primary motivator, but they soon learned that you need to become a people person to help them or to sell them anything.

Businesses or products are mostly designed to solve a problem. For example, why do you go to the market instead of farming your vegetables or poultry? Why do you use facebook instead of driving your car to talk to a man or a woman? It’s because these systems or platforms make your life easier and saves you the headache of driving or the time you might use for something else.

Facebook is entirely free to signup and to use. And to survive, they merely put ads on their website and depending on the market or the competition they ask you to bid, etc. So, if you think Facebook become a billionaire just by tricking people or ripping them off, then that’s a bit ignorant. You can’t grow rich in this world, without doing some good in the process!

But Roosevelt, How Do I Deal With the Assholes?

Now, apparently, I am not asking you to become a Tibet monk or Mahatma Gandhi or something. If you can or want to become an extraordinary human being like them then, by all means, go for it. But don’t think that I am asking you to let people walk all over you or let them take advantage of you.

You will deal with the good, the bad and the ugly. So, the trick is to filter out the bad ones as early as possible. In business we usually do that by noticing their behavior, their annoyance, putting up an entry fee to gauge their seriousness or other methods. However, even after all that, you might have to deal with people who are not happy with your service or your product or might leave a negative review all over the internet. The idea is to deal with these experiences from a positive outlook.

Perhaps, you will find that these type of customers complain all the time. Maybe, you will see that your product or service does have a defect or perhaps you might uncover a hidden need or a niche that could quadruple your income potential. You might not be able to forget them entirely from your mind, but you certainly can accept that fact that someone is unhappy with you and it’s ok!

You don’t have to make everything perfect. Facebook, Amazon, iPhone, your car or the movies you watch, nothing is perfect. If you take your time, I am sure you will uncover plenty of flaws with all those products. But nothing stopped them from succeeding and changing your life for the better!

As you can see, being people friendly has more benefits than any negative experiences you might be carrying. People like Mark Zuckerberg, Tony Robbins, Donald Trump and many other leaders deal with or receive negativity from people. But still, they choose to love and let go of the negative ones from their mind to achieve the goals they have.
